As summer approaches and you travel around the Geopark you may be wondering if there are locations where you can learn a little more about this wonderful part of Britain. There are three (soon to be four) locations where you can find out more about the landscape, its rocks, wildlife and heritage. These are Bewdley Museum, Wyre Forest Discovery Centre at Callow Hill just west of Bewdley, and Malvern Hills GeoCentre near the Wych cutting. A new display will be opening at Severn Valley Country Park near Alveley in Shropshire very soon.
You will find maps of the Geopark, information leaflets and geology specimens on display as well as lots of other interesting details of associated links.
There is more about these venues on the website under ‘About Us’.
