The World Outside has teamed up with Bodenham Arboretum to provide Forest School and outdoor activities aimed at children and young people. They provide Forest school activities for the under-fives, the 5 to 8 year olds and the 8 to 11 year olds and their families and in the future 11-15 year olds.
Forest School at Bodenham Arboretum gives children freedom to enjoy the natural world in way we would have done ourselves as children, within a safe and secure environment. In the form of bespoke sessions and regular events, individuals, families, youth organisations, and educational establishments can learn, play, explore, and get close to nature in a fun and interactive way. Our aim is to give children independence to make their own choices, to take risks, to be imaginative, to discover and to learn about their world.

Stream Damming
Natural Musical Instruments
Sculpture – Clay/ Natural Materials
Backwoods cooking
Forest school
Activities are run throughout the year, including during school holidays at Bodenham Arboretum. Be prepared for fun in all weathers!
